Return & Refund Policy

1. Return EligibilityWe accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is in new, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are included
  • The item has not been worn, resized, or altered

Exceptions:

  • Final sale or customized items (e.g., engraved watches) are non-returnable
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@firstchoiceshippingcontainers.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos
  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the return address we provide
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
